make your day better
at dayhouse
we know there’s more on your mind than just your job
You have a lot of balls in the air. You’re running a household, staying involved with the community, and making an impact at work. But your workspace may be holding you back. Working from home is somehow both lonely and distracting (laundry? barking dogs?), coffee shops aren't cutting it anymore, and you're done retreating to your car for quiet phone calls.
Dayhouse Coworking offers serene, creative workspaces in the Chicago suburbs. Amenities include private offices, conference rooms, mail reception, a quiet room, a lactation room, family-friendly policies, and more. We’re woman-owned, and open to all. #makeyourdaybetter at Dayhouse!
where to find us

Evanston, IL
EST. 2026
Set inside a 125-year-old three-flat, our Evanston location has lived many lives (most recently as the beloved Creative Coworking) and now it’s home to Dayhouse. Just steps from the Davis Street Metra and L stations, this space blends historic character with the energy of a walkable college town. -

Highland Park, IL
EST. 2019
The original Dayhouse is in a vintage industrial space unlike anything else on the North Shore. Inside our c. 1930 building, you'll find exposed brick and beams and wood floors. We’re an easy walk to downtown Highland Park restaurants and shops, the Metra station, and the best amenities of this vibrant lakeside town. -

Schaumburg, IL
EST. 2025
Nestled in Old Town Square, the heart of Schaumburg's historic district, we’re surrounded by the local library, a bustling farmers market, and neighborhood gathering spots. Within walking distance of a scenic park (with outdoor concerts!), this location offers a rare suburban mix of character, convenience, and community.
what’s with the pineapple?
This once-rare fruit was so prized, people would rent them, just to have the exotic fruit adorn their tables. Pineapples have since evolved into a symbol of warmth, welcome, and hospitality...that's the heart of Dayhouse. We encourage our members to embrace the same attitude with everyone who walks in the door.
