Who are you?

You sparkle. You're outgoing, poised, and present yourself well. You have a high emotional IQ and communicate well both verbally and in writing. You’re the matchmaker in your social group and people are always coming to you for advice.
You’re professional. You're reliable, can stick to a schedule, respond to things in a timely fashion, and remember things that need remembering. You keep things tidy.
You're smart. You can write a professional email, conduct research on the internet, and you're willing to learn new technology.
You're experienced. You're a junior in college or above, and are active in a number of extra-curriculars. You're not the type to just go to class and go home. Being out and about, meeting people and doing things is part of your nature.

What will you do?

Administration. You’ll dive into each day with a smile on your face, making sure everybody who walks in the door has the best day ever. You’ll occasionally staff the front desk during standard business hours, often opening up in the morning or closing at the end of the business day. You’ll welcome members, do some light tidying up, and take note of anything that comes up during your shift.
Events. You'll assist with events, helping design events for both our members and the public, as well as manage on-site logistical needs for those events.
Marketing. You'll help with marketing on social media platforms, and regularly use Mailchimp, Canva, and Hootsuite. (You can probably teach us a thing or two -- we'll gladly learn.)
