This chic conference room is sure to wow your guests and clients. Conveniently located just inside Dayhouse’s main entrance, the space features a 10’ whiteboard wall and a smart TV on a rolling display.

The buffet table can be used for food and beverage or to set out meeting materials. Should more privacy be necessary, curtains can be pulled across the windows and door. Our First Floor Conference Room can be rented by the hour or day, and is ADA accessible.

Team Loft
$50/hr, $350/day

If you need a private space to conduct mediations, interviews, or shoot videos and photography, our second floor Team Loft is IT! Enjoy complete privacy in a 230 sq.ft creative workspace that was once an art gallery. 

This lofted room is ideal for meetings or media creation (BYO green screen and studio lights). Complete with a large table, chairs, 3’x 3’ whiteboard, and a smart TV, our Team Loft can be used by the hour or day.

Perfect for: Uber private meetings, depositions, and media creators who want total control of their light
Wouldn’t work for: Work that needs to be done in natural light

Drawing Room
$15/hr*, $89/day, $2499/mo

Start your day with the morning light pouring into this 190 sq. ft. creative oasis on the second floor of Dayhouse. 

With a variety of flexible seating options including a desk, soft seating, and meeting table for up to 4 people, the Drawing Room offers a new look from every angle. 

Perfect for: Use as a day office, small meeting (limited to 4 people), or branding shoot. 
Wouldn’t work for: Meetings that require a presentation screen or whiteboard. Individuals unable to use stairs as we are in a vintage building. 
Vibe: Quirky and inspiring. 
What makes it special: An accent wall filled with art, texture, and color to spark stimulating conversation and collaboration.

Monthly rental includes all utilities, complimentary mail/package reception, and a Level 3 Dayhouse membership for three people. Additional memberships available at 10% off. Billing is on a monthly basis, with a 60 day cancellation notice.

Dayhouse has three Phone Rooms, perfect for phone calls and virtual meetings. Phone Room #1 and #2 feature a desk and seating for one person, sound absorbing panels, a ring light, and air purifier.

Phone Room #3 is a stand-alone booth for 1-person. It features a high-top table and chair, power outlet, ventilation fan and magnetic board.

SMALLHOUSE
$50/hr, $350/day

Welcome to Smallhouse, a cheerful 300 sq.ft. room that can flip from a chic work lounge to a kid’s learn & play room in the blink of an eye. 

This is a (mostly) soundproof space with its own restroom, an adjacent lactation room, exposed brick, carpeted flooring, and large windows that can either open to our patio or be covered with Roman shades. It comes partially furnished with stylishly comfy mid-century modern furniture. An array of Montessori-style toys are hidden behind a patterned curtain along the south wall. This room truly works for all ages! Smallhouse can be rented by the hour or day, and is ADA accessible.

Perfect for: Tutors, therapists, and teams that want unconventional environments
Wouldn’t work for: Someone who wants a traditional office setting
Vibe: Cheerful, cozy, chill
